I teach yoga in weekly group classes, 1-to-1 private tuition, workshops, yoga in the workplace and the evidence based specialist programme Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist I also offer remedial massage therapy and onsite seated accupressure massage. You can book these treatments to be delivered at the workplace, health/sport clubs and events.

Whistlewood Common Yoga Class in MelbourneMondays 10.45am to 11.45am
During Spring / Summer when we are blessed with good weather, the yoga sessions take place in the open air.
When weather doesn't allow outdoor practice do the sessions in the newly built ecological Round House, with lovely views of the surrounding country side.
Everyone is welcome to join us on Mondays from 10.45am to 11.45am
